Painting 3d house model to make it look realistic

Previously i had posted my 3d house model, today im going to make my model look more realistic by using SU plugin called podium.

After i render up my model the photo look more realistic but is too dark.

So i have to add some light to my model and adding a tree to decorate my model.

The actual view of the whole building is actually not a single house but more than one, thus i have adding two more house to my model.

This is the final view of my 3d house model.

Podium a SU photorealistic plugin

You can easily paint your SU model using Podium. I will show you photos of a SU model using podium.

i have simply create a model.

because the ball is inside a box, so i have to create an omni light right above the ball.

after that is started to render to have a photo-realistic 3d graphic.

when i turn off the shadow of model, the photo will be like this

i had made up a hole beside the right wall so that when i turn on the shadow the light from outside will emitted into the box and ball.

Finally a photo realistic 3d graphic is created.

Finally finish my kek lok shi model, it took me few days to design and build.

I had post my model to google earth where everyone of us is able to take a look on it. Below is some snapshot about the way that i used to build up this model.

Using free time to draw a 3d pink cup

When i have free time i like to learn something new. Now i saw a cup on table than just simply draw it by using google sketchup. This 3d model is relatively easy to draw if compare with drawing a shoe. Below images show the steps that require to make this model.
