You can easily paint your SU model using Podium. I will show you photos of a SU model using podium.

i have simply create a model.

because the ball is inside a box, so i have to create an omni light right above the ball.

after that is started to render to have a photo-realistic 3d graphic.

when i turn off the shadow of model, the photo will be like this

i had made up a hole beside the right wall so that when i turn on the shadow the light from outside will emitted into the box and ball.

Finally a photo realistic 3d graphic is created.
